Council <br />commented and agreed that the task force concept move forward; adding the <br />revision to page 2, Recommendation No.2 to read: "If the Task Force cannot <br />reach reach a consensus recommendation then the Council will make the <br />decisions without such recommendation". <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />~~,,~..,. .,=:> .~~~!lJ <br />Patricia S.
