<br />DES: d f t 7/30/90 ( 001/ # 29) <br /> <br />OP'i''\' ",' 1\' <br />r(lul rJhL <br /> <br />11369 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />AUG 1 3 l~~U <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING BID FOR WATER SAMPLING AND TESTING <br />SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91, DIRECTING RETURN OF BID <br />SECURITY AND AUTHORIZING READVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11297, adopted June 4, <br /> <br />1990, advertisement for bids for water sampling and testing <br /> <br />program, fiscal year 1990-91 was carried out; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in response to said advertisement, one bid was <br /> <br />received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to reject said bid and to <br /> <br />readvertise for bids; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain bid received in response to advertisement <br /> <br />for bids for water sampling and testing program, fiscal year <br />1990-91, dated June 4, 1990, from Sequoia Analytical, is hereby <br />rejected. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to the aforesaid bidder its bid security furnished in <br /> <br />accordance with the requirements for said bid. <br /> <br />3.
