<br />DES:djk ~7/31/90 (002/28) <br /> <br />O!1!C" :\1 1\ 1 <br />n" d,,,"\1 <br />....'\,.'...". - <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />136g <br /> <br />AUG 1 :3 '990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br />AGREEMENT FOR XEROX EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council hereby waives the procedure for the <br /> <br />solici tat ion of bids, pursuant to Section 2. 76 of the Redwood <br /> <br />City Code, for the lease renewal of photocopying equipment which <br /> <br />meets the requirements of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement for the lease of the Xerox Model 1090 copier, and it is <br /> <br />the intent of this Council to approve said lease agreement and to <br /> <br />authorize execution thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain lease agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Xerox Corporation, for a thirty-six (36) month <br /> <br />lease of the Xerox Model 1090 copier at a monthly price of Two <br /> <br />Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one and 07/100 Dollars ($2,691.07), <br /> <br />wi th a purchase option and full service maintenance, a copy of <br /> <br />which lease is on file in the office of the Director of General <br /> <br />Services, and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid lease <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
