<br />DES:dft RJ08/90 (007/29) <br /> <br />n, :;~'f\\il\! <br />v~ ~:Vi~~'~ J._ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 1 3 63 <br /> <br />- - <br /> <br />AUG 1 3 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF LAKESIDE <br />SUBDIVISION UNIT NO.2, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final subdivision map (including any <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Lakeside <br /> <br />Subdivision Unit No.2 in the City of Redwood City," prepared by <br /> <br />Brian Kangas Foulk, <br /> <br />Civil Engineers, <br /> <br />for Redwood Shores <br /> <br />Properties, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.2" (form dated <br /> <br />08/08/90) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />jo' <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br /> <br />required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />
