<br />JAH:dft OQ/13/90 (009/29) <br /> <br />Or:~rt <br />, fl, :: ~"1 <br />~uu <br /> <br />J' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11362 <br /> <br />AUG 1 3 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND <br />AGREEMENT WITH LEGAL AID <br />COUNTY RELATING TO AMENDMENT <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SOCIETY OF SAN MATEO <br />NO. 2 OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Between the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County, <br /> <br />Concerning Amendment No. 2 of Redwood City Redevelopment Project <br /> <br />No.2" (form dated 08/09/90R) a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
