<br />CWM:dft- 111/90 (086/27) <br /> <br />,1"'\ :\;i i ,<-, ~ ~" ~ ,J~' L <br />\");\,,_1;;\;\ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.11361 <br /> <br />AUG 1 3 '1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974, amended (Cal. <br /> <br />Gov't C. Sections 81000, et seq.), requires every state or local <br /> <br />government agency to adopt and promulgate a Conflict of Interest <br /> <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 9007, adopted November 23, 1981, <br />this Council adopted a Conflict of Interest Code for the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, by adopting by reference, the terms of 2 Cal. Code <br /> <br />of Regs. ~18730, as may, from time to time be amended, and by <br /> <br />also approving as Exhibits thereto, disclosure categories for <br /> <br />certain designated positions with the various departments for the <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Exhibits containing the disclosure categories <br /> <br />for the designated positions have been revised to reflect current <br /> <br />personnel status; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, as COde-reviewing body for the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, has determined that the attached Exhibits "A-L" <br /> <br />accurately set forth those positions which should be designated <br /> <br />and the categories of financial interests which should be made <br /> <br />reportable for each City department; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNSEL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br />
