NAN C E N o.lß.4...6 <br /> <br />OR\G\NAL <br />AUG 25 1973 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,525.00 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF WATER FUND TO, AND APPROPRIATING $19,115.00 <br />FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO, GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 FACILITIES BOND INTEREST <br />AND REDEMPTION FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Twenty- <br /> <br />Five and No/100 Dollars ($4,525.00) is hereby appropriated from <br /> <br />the unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to the General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 Facilities Bond Interest and <br /> <br />Redemption Fund. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1975 - June 30, 1976, and shall be in <br />addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1975 - June 30, 1976. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />The sum of Nineteen Thousand One Hundred <br /> <br />Fifteen and No/100 Dollars ($19,115.00) is hereby appropriated <br /> <br />from the unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund to the <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 Facilities Bond Interest <br /> <br />and Redemption Fund. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1975 - June 30, 1976, and shall be in <br /> <br />addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1975 - June 30, 1976. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />i f~t/~ h <br />C :t ',' <br />
