MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />April 09, 2018 <br />MO. 18-049 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: April 10, 2018 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Public Works Director <br />**hard copy available upon request'* <br />SUBJECT: City Participation in Potable Reuse Exploratory Plan Through Amended <br />Memorandum of Understanding with Regional Partners <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1A (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 9, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Masur, Seybert, Vice Mayor Howard, and <br />Mayor Bain <br />M/S Howard/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar. <br />By Motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Memorandum of Understanding Between The Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation <br />Agency, California Water Service Company, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, <br />Silicon Valley Clean Water, The City of San Mateo, and The City of Redwood City to <br />Participate in the Potable Reuse Exploratory Plan, which calls for the City of Redwood City <br />to Contribute Funds in the Amount of $10,000 for the continued evaluation of the potable <br />reuse of recycled water. <br />Motion carried unani usly by electronic vote. <br />Melissa Thurman, CMC <br />Assistant City Clerk <br />
