MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />April 23, 2018 <br />MO. 18-066 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: April 24, 2018 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />*`hard copy available upon request"* <br />SUBJECT: 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan and Fiscal Year 2018119 Annual Action Plan <br />for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME <br />Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.A (454) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 23, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Masur, Seybert, Vice Mayor Howard, and <br />Mayor Bain <br />M/S Howard/Borgens to adopt a resolution to approve the 2018-2022 Consolidated <br />Plan/Annual Action Plan and authorize the City Manager to execute and file documents <br />submitting the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and <br />to authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with organizations identified in <br />the Annual Action Plan. <br />1.) Adopt a resolution to approve the 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute and file documents submitting the Plan to the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and <br />2.) By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with organizations <br />identified in the Annual Action Plan. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15656 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING CONSOLIDATED PLAN (2018-2022) AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (2018-2019) AND <br />APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP FUNDS); CERTIFYING THAT THE CITY HAS <br />FOLLOWED ITS ADOPTED COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION PLAN; AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION AND FILING OF ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING THERETO (FISCAL YEAR 2018- <br />2019). <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
