<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />December 5. 2005 <br />MO. 05-244 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />December 6,2005 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of Initiation of a Precise Plan for 439 Fuller <br />Street ("Le Coeur de la Ville," formerly Tuscan Tower) <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6C (613) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on December 5, 2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust, <br />and Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Bain/Hartnett that by motion, (1) agree to the initiation of a Precise Plan for <br />this address only; (2) to direct staff to initiate a Precise Plan for this site, staff <br />should be directed to ensure in the site specific Precise Plan that the permitted <br />development be consistent with the future Downtown Precise Plan (DPP); and, <br />(3) to initiate such a Precise Plan, staff recommends approval of the attached <br />contract with MHA Environmental Consulting, Inc., (MHA) who will prepare the <br />Precise Plan, manage the project through the review process, and provide <br />environmental review services. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Council Member Howard voting no. <br /> <br />W~'.~,,~ :~. ~I:.) <br /> <br />Patricia S.
