<br />DES:djk "7/03/90 (098/23) <br /> <br />r-l:n!~,lI1L <br />Vi '.ltJJ i~H <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 113S-o <br /> <br />JUL 2 3 l~~O <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE STREET OVERLAY PROJECT 1989-1991; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for the Street Overlay <br /> <br />Project 1989-1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Street Overlay Project 1989-91 - City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the City's Engineering <br /> <br />Division, Department of Community Development and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
