<br />DES:djk'47/09/90 (065/26) <br />C'Dlr'\';";",j <br />. ~~:u')i ~ ~t\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11317 <br /> <br />JUL 23 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY <br />EASEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; <br />SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS <br />INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; <br />AND ORDERING POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH PROPOSED <br />VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that certain public utility easement described in <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" , <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference, located within Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 79-10 in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, is not needed for present or prospective <br /> <br />public utility purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said easement pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of <br /> <br />Division 9 (commencing with ~8300) of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby declares its intention to vacate <br /> <br />that certain public utility easement described in Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />located within Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 79-10 in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, and hereby elects to proceed with such vacation <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing <br /> <br />with ~8300) of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />2. Notice is hereby given that Monday, August 13, 1990, at <br /> <br />the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 401 <br /> <br />Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is the time and place <br />
