<br />DES:djm n6/26/90 (081/27) <br /> <br />JUL - 9 l~~U <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11341 <br /> <br />f"~'; ;';,; , :~ ;\i r L <br />'-'J~~Ui~~J~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 90-2 (595 <br />MARLIN COURT), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID PARCEL MAP <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain parcel map designated Parcel Map 90-2 (595 <br /> <br />Marlin Court) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by MacLeod & <br /> <br />Associates, Civil Engineer, for the owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Construction of Improvements (Parcel Map 90-2)" (form dated <br /> <br />06/26/90) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br /> <br />required of OWner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> <br />regulations of said City, and such other improvements <br />
