<br />DES:djm n~/26/90 (082/27) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />JUL - 91B90 <br />N 0.11 340 <br /> <br />OmGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />GARDENIA PARK SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS; AND APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of the Gardenia Park Subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Cannis Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, consultant for The Plymouth Group, a California <br /> <br />Corporation, buyer of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood Ci ty ( "c i ty" ) f or recordation, the owner s or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "OWners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Gardenia Park Subdivision" ("Improvement <br />Agreement") wherein Owners, in consideration of the approval <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br />required of Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement; as well as enter <br />into and execute that agreement on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, entitled "Agreement" wherein the allocation of <br />sewer capacity, and the duties for the maintenance and <br />repair of the sewer system for said subdivision are set out. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the OWners shall furnish to City and file with <br />
