<br />DES:djk ~7/03/90 (058/26) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />JUL - 9 1990 <br />N o. 11 33 8 <br /> <br />OD!(\H,jli I <br />l\!\.:j\i ~th.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND <br />EQUIPMENT RENTAL DOCUMENTS <br />AND DISTRIBUTION TRUCK <br />PURPOSES <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />FOR RENTAL OF WATER STORAGE <br />FOR LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue <br /> <br />a purchase order and/or execute such other acquisition documents <br /> <br />(in the form approved by the City Attorney) to provide for the <br /> <br />rental, on a month-to-month basis, of a water storage and <br /> <br />distribution truck to be used for landscape irrigation purposes <br /> <br />on municipal property; provided, however, that the cost of said <br /> <br />rental shall not exceed the total sum of Twelve Thousand Five <br /> <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars ($12,550.00) without prior approval of this <br /> <br />Council by a motion duly made and carried. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
