<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />DES:d:' 7/05/90 <br />DES:dl. 7/09/90R <br />r J U L - 9 1990 <br />N o. 11 33 3 <br /> <br />(083/27) <br />(083/27) <br /> <br />- 'r" '''AL <br />..... ) ~ j: ~ ~ (\t i <br />\"i.dUlI, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE FOR PERMIT <br />PROCESSING AND RELATED SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, AND RESCINDING <br />ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PROVISIONS THEREOF IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Sections 54990 et seq. <br /> <br />the Community Development Department has made available to the <br /> <br />public data indicating the cost, or estimated cost, required to <br /> <br />provide permit processing and related services provided by said <br /> <br />department, upon which costs proposed fees for said services <br /> <br />shall be charged; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 54994.1 a duly <br /> <br />noticed public hearing was held on July 9, 1990, relating to said <br /> <br />proposed fees and charges; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon consideration of the recommendation of the <br /> <br />Director of Community Development and of the aforesaid data, this <br /> <br />Council has determined that the proposed fees and charges <br /> <br />hereinafter referenced will not create revenues in excess of the <br /> <br />amount required to perform the services corresponding to said <br /> <br />fees and charges; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The fees and charges set forth in Exhibit "A", hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein are <br /> <br />hereby established for permit processing and related services <br /> <br />corresponding to said fees and charges as set forth in said <br /> <br />exhibit for the Community Services Department. <br />
