FOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br />RELATING TO GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Properties, Inc. ("RSP"), is the <br /> <br />owner and/or developer of the largest portion of undeveloped <br /> <br />lands located in Redwood City General Improvement District No. <br /> <br />1-64 ("GID 1-64"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RSP has requested that the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />increase its personnel staffing in order to accommodate RSP' s <br /> <br />projected development plans within GID 1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to increase said staffing, funds must be <br /> <br />provided by RSP, as the party beneficially interested; and <br />WHEREAS, a letter agreement (in the form of Exhibit" A" <br /> <br />hereof) providing for said funding has been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by this Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter agreement dated May 31, 1990 from <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Properties, Inc. to the City Manager of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, <br /> <br />marked Exhibit "All, and by this reference incorporated herein, <br /> <br />providing for the funding of personnel staffing aforesaid, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
