<br />CES:mgl 0&;/05/90 (067/27) <br /> <br />OR. !("li\!I\L <br />I !uH~t-\ <br /> <br />11318 <br /> <br />JUN 1 1 1990 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR PURCHASE OF ASPHALT CONCRETE MATERIALS FOR 1990-91 <br />FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Council certain contract documents and specifications for <br />purchase of asphalt concrete materials in order to maintain <br />public streets in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />such purchase of asphalt concrete materials; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Water & Street Divisions' Selected Materials 1990-91 - <br /> <br />Asphalt Concrete - City of Redwood City, California", prepared in <br /> <br />the office of the Director of General Services and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids as called for in the abovementioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
