<br />CES:mgl 0~/06/90 (068/27) <br /> <br />v jj 'to ~ ',..,~ ~ h ~.' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11:114 <br /> <br />JUN 1 1 113';JU <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR LEASE OF THE COMMUNITY PARK <br />RECREATION BUILDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been presented with a lease <br /> <br />agreement and bid documents relating to the lease of certain <br /> <br />City-owned property known as the Community Park Recreation <br /> <br />Building, <br /> <br />and more <br /> <br />particularly <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the Lease <br /> <br />Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this Council desires to approve said lease <br /> <br />agreement and bid documents and to authorize the advertisement <br /> <br />for bids for lease of the Community Park Recreation Building; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain lease agreement documents entitled "Lease <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Community Park Recreation Building" (form dated <br /> <br />05/14/90) consisting of Notice to bidders, Instructions to <br /> <br />Bidders, and Proposal, a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for the <br /> <br />lease of the Community Park Recreation Building in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 3~ of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
