28015-09 JHHW:SRC:ea 06/05/90 ( 3lNAL S9214 RESOLUTION NO. 1 1 30 3 .JUN 1 1 1990 A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS CITY OF REDWOOD CITY Seaport Centre Assessment District-1990 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, California, that WHEREAS, on May 7, 1990, this Council adopted A Resolution of Intention to Make Acquisitions and Improvements for the Seaport Centre Assessment District-1990; WHEREAS, the owners of the assessment parcels hereinafter referred to by assessment parcel numbers have duly filed written requests for making of all or the portion of the changes and modifications hereinafter ordered which pertain to and/or affect said parcels, respectively; WHEREAS, except with respect to changes and modifications pursuant to the aforesaid written requests, the changes and modifications hereinafter ordered will not increase the total amount of the assessment or the amount of any individual assessment nor eliminate or add any acquisitions or work which will substantially and adversely alter or affect the benefits to be derived from the work and acquisitions; WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the City Clerk proposed revisions to the Engineer's Report finally approved by this Council, to wit; revisions in the cost estimates, the total assessment and the individual assessments. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. The changes and modifications be made in cost estimates, the total a.ssessment and individual assessments as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. The City Engineer, as the Superintendent of Streets of the City, shall make said changes and modifications in the individual assessments on the face of the copies of the assessment roll on file in his office. 3. The City Clerk shall forward certified copies of this resolution to said Superintendent of Streets as his authority to make the changes and modifications on the face of the assessment roll. 11303
