REG:yc:10/24/62-7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N' N O. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REDWOOD CREEK LEASE BID DOCUMENTS <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has acquired title to <br />certain submerged, tide and marsh lands within the City of <br />Redwood City by virtue of a grant of such land from the State <br />of California, said grant being made by Chapter 1359 of the <br />Statutes of 1945, as amended to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to lease a portion of said lands, <br />pursuant to the terms and conditions attached to the grant, for <br />the purpose stated in the hereinafter mentioned lease agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain bid documents entitled "Redwood Creek <br />Lease Bid Documents," consisting of a Notice to Bidders, In- <br />structions to Bidders, Lease Agreement, and Proposal Form, a <br />copy of which are presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the leasing of the real property des- <br />cribed in the above mentioned lease agreement. <br />
