RES 0 LUTI0N N0. 4FDIJ <br />APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS IN <br />RELATION TO PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND DIRECTING NOTICE <br />ORCHARD AVENUE-BURNHAM OAKS <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br />That pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. a2y of this <br />Council, adopted pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, <br />as amended, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the Clerk <br />of this City the written report called for pursuant to said Ordi- <br />nance, which report has been presented by said City Clerk to this <br />Council for consideration, and this Council has considered and pre- <br />liminarily approved and confirmed said report, and ordered that the <br />same stand as the report for the purposes of all subsequent pro- <br />ceedings had pursuant to said Resolution of Intention. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby finds, orders and deter- <br />mines as follows: <br />1. That Monday, the 6th day of July, 1964, at the hour of <br />eight o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Red- <br />wood City, California, be and the same are hereby appointed and <br />fixed as the time and place for hearing protests in relation to <br />the proposed improvements called for under said Resolution of In- <br />tention, and more particularly provided for in said report. <br />2. The Clerk of this City is hereby ordered and directed <br />to give notice of said hearing by two successive insertions <br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated <br />in said City, and by causing to be conspicuously posted along <br />all of the open streets within the assessment district at not <br />W% <br />sin <br />
