R E S G L U T I O N N 0. <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEERfS REPORT <br />ORCHARD AVENUE-BURNHAM OAKS <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, California, as <br />follows: <br />1. That on the 25th day of May, 1964, said Council did adopt <br />its Resolution of Intention No. to improve Orchard Avenue <br />from Woodside Road to the corporate limits of the City of Redwood <br />City, and the improvement of Wells Street, Wheeler Avenue, Robart <br />Street and Riley Way, to be dedicated, by constructing and install- <br />ing therein concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, storm <br />drainage facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, clearing, grading, <br />water services, water mains, street trees on Wells Street, Wheeler <br />Avenue and Robart Street, the acquisition of all property necessary <br />therefor, and the performance of all other work auxiliary to the <br />foregoing which may be reasonably required to carry out and complete <br />said work in the City of Redwood City. <br />2. That the proposed improvement was referred to the City En- <br />gineer, he being the officer having charge and control of the con- <br />struction of public improvements in and for the said City of the <br />kind described therein, and being a competent person employed by <br />said City for that purpose. <br />3. That said City Engineer has made and filed with the City <br />Clerk of said City a report in writing as called for in said Reso- <br />lution of Intention and under and pursuant to said Ordinance, which <br />report has been presented to this Council for consideration. <br />4. That said Council has duly considered said report, and each <br />and every part thereof, and finds that each and every part of said <br />report is sufficient and should not be modified in any respect; <br />�r <br />-1- <br />
