RJC.ek 4/24/64-7 <br />RE S GLUT I ON NO. 4281 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE NEW AUTO- <br />MOBILE AND THREE TRUCKS; AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />specifications for one new latest model 8 cylinder four -door <br />sedan, one truck with 3/4 ton cab and chassis, and two 19,500 <br />G.V.W. dump trucks, to be used for municipal purposes; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br />the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Manager <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifications <br />and bid sheets, for the furnishing of one latest model 8 cylinder <br />four -door sedan, one truck with 3/4 ton cab and chassis, and two <br />19,500 G.V.W. dump trucks, to be used for municipal purposes, are <br />hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br />for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated in the <br />aforementioned specifications. <br />
