REG:yc:4/29/64-7 RE S GLUT I ON NO. 4279 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.21.1 OF CITY CODE; AND STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR WHEREAS, Walter R. Tydeman and Mae L. Tydeman, the owners of the hereinafter described property situate at 1252 Edgewood Road, in the County of San Mateo and outside of the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City, have applied to the City for a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and WHEREAS, in support of said application the applicants have established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affect- ing the subject property and affecting the public health and safety; and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting of a sewer connection permit to the property in question; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the hereinafter described property to the Redwood City sewer system situate in Edgewood Road pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the Redwood City Municipal Code. 2. The permit granted herein shall be subject to the follow- ing fees, terms and conditions:
