<br />CES:sh OS/25/90 062/27 <br /> <br />0,-, "'IJ".L <br />':'Iuli'l\ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11297 <br /> <br />JUN - 4 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR WATER SAMPLING AND TESTING, <br />1990-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council specifications for Water Sampling and Testing, as <br /> <br />prepared by the Director of General Services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said specifications <br /> <br />and to authorize the advertisement for bids for Water Sampling <br /> <br />and Testing, 1990-91; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain contract documents entitled "Water Sampling <br /> <br />and Testing, 1990-91" (form dated OS/23/90) providing for water <br /> <br />sampling and testing primarily in the Redwood Shores Interior <br /> <br />Waterway System, and providing all materials, equipment and <br /> <br />apparatus which are necessary to complete the work hereunder,a <br /> <br />copy of which bid documents are on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />furnishing said services and supplies. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
