<br />CES: sh <br />CES:mgl <br /> <br />05/30/90 <br />06/ IgOR <br /> <br />(054/27) <br />(054/27) <br /> <br />C:~;.'~\! r,1/\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No..ll.2..9-5 <br /> <br />JUN' L1 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE FOR THE USE OF THE <br />VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 9382 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended <br /> <br />the adoption by this Council of a revised schedule of fees for <br /> <br />the use of the Veterans Memorial Building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that approval of such <br /> <br />revised schedule of fees for the Veterans Memorial Building would <br /> <br />be in the public interest and for the public benefit; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the following schedule of fees for the use of the <br /> <br />Veterans Memorial Building the Group Activities, designations of <br /> <br />which correspond to designations and definitions therefor set <br /> <br />forth in the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Parks and <br /> <br />Recreation Commission for the use of the Community Activities <br /> <br />Building, to which reference is hereby made for the particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br />a. Group I, II and III Activities: No charges. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Group IV and V Activities: <br />service organizations). <br /> <br />(non-profit, community <br /> <br />(1) No charge during regular daily hours of operation. <br />A custodial fee will be charged at current salary <br />schedule for custodial help for hours other than <br />regular daily hours of operation (Friday evening, <br />Saturday and Sunday). <br /> <br />c. Group IV and V Fee Schedule: <br /> <br />(1) Use of Sunset Room and/or Gold Star Room - Room <br />charge: $15.00 per hour. <br />
