<br />CES:djmD5/15/90 (049/27) <br /> <br />n "fir\ I N"~ . <br />Uh Ud 1;\L <br /> <br />MAY.21 1\J90 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 11 289 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT - 1990-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council plans and specifications for the Comprehensive <br /> <br />Street Tree Maintenance Project 1990-91, as prepared by the <br /> <br />Director of Redwood City's Department of Parks and Recreation; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said plans and <br />specifications and to authorize the advertisement for bids for <br /> <br />furnishing said work and supplies in connection therewith; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain contract documents entitled "Comprehensive <br /> <br />Street Tree and Maintenance Project 1990-91" <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />04/24/90) providing for street tree planting, pruning and removal <br /> <br />services, and furnishing all materials, equipment and apparatus <br /> <br />which are necessary to complete the work hereunder, a copy of <br /> <br />which bid documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to advertise for bids for furnishing said <br /> <br />services and supplies. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
