<br />JAH:djm .j16/90 (039/27) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />OFUG1N/~L <br />LL2.12 APR 2 3 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING STOREFRONT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR <br />DOWNTOWN AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the concept of a Storefront (Facade) Improvement <br /> <br />Program was developed by the Civic Center Action Committee as a <br /> <br />part of a commercial rehabilitation program for the Downtown <br /> <br />Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has now worked out the details of the <br /> <br />Storefront Improvement Program, a copy of which is attached to <br /> <br />this resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Storefront Improvement Program in the form attached <br /> <br />hereto as Exhibit "A", hereby is approved. <br /> <br />2. The Director of Finance hereby is authorized and <br /> <br />directed to make reimbursements from Community Development Block <br /> <br />Grant funds in accordance with the standards established in the <br /> <br />Storefront Improvement Program, upon receipt by the City of the <br /> <br />documentation therein required. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
