Waive first reading and introduce an Ordinance to amend section 20.96 of the <br />Parking Ordinance to establish a two-hour parking limit along the Middlefield Road <br />and Chestnut Street frontage of 1698 Middlefield Road; <br />2. Schedule a second reading and adoption of the Ordinance for <br />June 11, 2018; <br />3. Find that the ordinance is exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 <br />(Existing Facilities) as set forth in the staff report <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING <br />SECTION 20.96 OF DIVISION 1 OF ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PARKING <br />Motion carried unqq1mously by electronic vote. <br />�Z�qmz�� <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
