SCHRICKER, City's City Attorney ("Attorney"). <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11545, <br /> <br />d June 24, <br /> <br />1991, by City's City Council, City and Attorney ente ed into an <br /> <br /> <br />agreement dated July 2, <br /> <br />1991 under which Attorney c ntinued to <br /> <br />serve as City's City Attorney and has provided legal services for <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the parties mutually desire to renew and extend <br /> <br />said agreement for legal services in accordance wit <br /> <br />the terms <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as foIl <br /> <br /> <br />s: <br /> <br />and conditions hereinafter stated; <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />BASIC SERVICES. <br /> <br />Attorney shall provide, <br /> <br />hrough his <br /> <br />own services and those of such members or associates of his law <br /> <br />firm <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />he <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />determine, <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />legal <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />sually <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />normally provided by the City Attorney, and, specific lly, those <br /> <br />duties and- services described in Section 44 of the Ch rter of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Said services (the "Basic Serv'ces") shall <br /> <br />include: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Attendance <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Planning <br /> <br />Commission <br /> <br />meetings <br /> <br />(unless <br /> <br />excused <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />att ndance <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />accordance <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />§44 <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Charter <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />t e <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City) ; <br />
