r CGM:jp: 6/14/79 <br />CGM:bc: 6/18/79R <br />ORIGINAL <br />duh 18 Jy <br />R E S O L U T I O N N 0. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES (GID 1-64) <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />("District") has commenced a program of public improvement con- <br />struction projects within District's boundaries; and <br />WHEREAS, District requires for such projects, and may <br />require for potential future construction programs, professional <br />engineering services; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br />providing for the furnishing of such services on a continuing <br />basis using a task order procedure for specific projects; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve and authorize <br />execution of said agreement for and on behalf of District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Engineering <br />Services" (form dated 6/18/79R), by and between Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, a general improvement <br />district established pursuant to Ordinance No. 1128 of the <br />City of Redwood City, as amended, and Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br />Associates, engineers, for the furnishing of expert engineering <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file with the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and <br />on behalf of said District. <br />
