CGM:jp:5/31/79 <br />((�� <br />RESOLUTION N0. 8290 ORIGINAL <br />JUN 4 1979 <br />AL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE - PHASE 1 IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council, acting <br />through and by means of power exercisable by Redwood General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, certain plans and specifications <br />for Twin Dolphin Drive - Phase 1 in the City of Redwood City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said plans and <br />specifications and to authorize the City Clerk to call for <br />bids for the construction of said improvements; <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain plans, for and on behalf of Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, entitled "Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 - Redwood City, California - <br />Construction Drawings for Twin Dolphin Drive Phase 1," those <br />certain specifications entitled "Contract Documents for Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64" and those certain <br />specifications entitled "Technical Specifications - Twin Dolphin <br />Drive Phase l," prepared in the office of the Department of <br />Public Works are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br />improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />therefor, said advertisements to be in the form of that certain <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned <br />specifications. <br />
