R E S O L U T I O N <br />No. 82"76 <br />MSR:yc:5/2/79 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 4 BETWEEN THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA (DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION) AND THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO HOLLY STREET/ <br />ROUTE 101 INTERCHANGE PROJECT <br />OWG1NAL <br />MAY 7 1979 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, in cooperation with the <br />State of California, the City of San Carlos, and the County of <br />San Mateo, is undertaking the construction of modifications to <br />the Holly Street/Route 101 Interchange; and <br />WHEREAS, there exists a compelling need for the construction <br />of such modifications; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the State of California <br />desire to make use of Federal Aid for Urban Systems Acts funds <br />for the partial funding of such modifications; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement (Supplement No. 4 to Local Agency - <br />State Agreement No. 04-5029) has been presented to this Council <br />to accomplish the aforementioned purposes and it is the desire of <br />this Council to approve such agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />X <br />That certain agreement entitled "Program of Local Agency <br />Federal Aid Urban System Projects in the City of Redwood City" <br />(Supplement No. 4), by and between the City of Redwood City and <br />the State of California (Department of Transportation), a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full terms and conditions <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br />
