MSR:dp:4/12/79 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION N0.9272, APR 161979 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TRANSMISSION LINE - <br />HETCH HETCHY AQUEDUCT TO REDWOOD SHORES (COOPER, CLARK & <br />ASSOCIATES) <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />requires expert engineering design services in connection with the <br />design and construction of a water transmission line from Hetch <br />Hetchy Aqueduct to Redwood Shores; and <br />WHEREAS, Cooper, Clark & Associates represents that it is <br />qualified and duly licensed to perform the foregoing expert engineering <br />design services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Engineering Design <br />Services - Water Transmission Pipeline," a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and condi- <br />tions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City/District Manager is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreement approved <br />herein for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
