CGM:dp:3/29/79 <br />_ <br />R E S O L U T I O N No. 8266 ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE SAN MATEO TIMES AS THE APR 2 1979 <br />OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, there is no newspaper which has been adjudicated as <br />a newspaper of general circulation whose principal office of <br />publication is located in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, the San Mateo Times has been adjudicated as a <br />newspaper of general circulation; and <br />WHEREAS, the San Mateo Times has informed the City of Redwood <br />City it desires to be designated as the official newspaper of the <br />City of Redwood City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />The San Mateo Times is hereby designated as the official <br />newspaper of the City of Redwood City. <br />
