DES:yc:3/16/79 <br />ORITNAL <br />APR 2 1979 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 8262 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLEMENT SERVICE FOR THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a supplement service <br />to maintain the Code of the City of Redwood City current and <br />accurate; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br />between the City and Municipal Code Corporation of Tallahassee, <br />Florida, providing for furnishing such supplement service for the <br />term of one year, which term is automatically renewable from year <br />to year, subject to the right of either party to alter or cancel <br />the terms of the agreement upon 60 days' written notice; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said agreement and <br />authorize its execution on behalf of the City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Contract for the Looseleaf <br />Supplement Service for the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br />California, by the Municipal Code Corporation, Tallahassee, Florida" <br />(form dated 3/16/79), pursuant to which said Corporation shall <br />furnish a supplement service for the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to <br />which agreement reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City, with attestation thereto by the City Clerk. <br />8262 <br />
