<br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on
<br />June 11, 2018.
<br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Masur, Seybert, Vice Mayor Howard, and Mayor
<br />Bain
<br />Council Member Gee recused himself from voting on appointments for Board of Building Review,
<br />Planning Commission, Library Board based on a potential conflict of interest.
<br />By roll call vote, BCC Appointments:
<br />1. Two full-term seats on the Board of Building Review that expire on May 31, 2022;
<br />M/S Seybert/Masur to appoint Jeff Missad, Victor Torreano passed 6-0-1 with
<br />Council Member Gee recused.
<br />2. Three full-term seats on the Civic Cultural Commission that expire on May 31, 2022;
<br />Erin Ashford (Borgens, Gee, Masur, Seybert, Howard, Bain), Spencer Chi
<br />(Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Bain),
<br />Jason Newblanc (Borgens, Gee, Masur, Seybert, Howard, Bain)
<br />3. One vacant seat on the Complete Streets Advisory Committee that expires on May 31,
<br />2019; LaShonda Kennedy (Gee, Masur ,Aguirre, Howard, Bain)
<br />4. Four full-term seats on the Housing and Human Concerns Committee that expire on May
<br />31, 2022; Kathleen Heister (Unanimous)
<br />Jerome Madigan (Unanimous)
<br />Alma Montalvo (Unanimous)
<br />Elan Sheinman (Borgens, Masur, Howard, Bain)
<br />5. Three full-term seats on the Library Board that expire on
