Charter Review Sub -Committee <br />2. By motion, direct staff to prepare a resolution and other documents <br />necessary to subject the proposed charter amendment to the voters <br />at the November 6, 2018 general election. <br />M/S Seybert/Masur to direct staff to prepare a resolution and other documents necessary to <br />subject the proposed charter amendments, including language that budget adoption should <br />occur by June 30 of each year, to the voters at the November 6, 2018 general election. <br />Motion carried by electronic vote 6-0-1 with Vice Mayor Howard absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, C C <br />City Clerk <br />
