Hold a Public Hearing; <br />2. Waive the First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Amending Article 59 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance to Allow Delivery Centers and Indoor Nurseries in the CO Zoning District, and find <br />that the project is exempt from the requirements of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />under Section 26055(h) of the Business and Professional Code; <br />3. Waive the First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Amending Chapter 32, Article V, Division <br />7 of the Municipal Code, and find that the project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA <br />under Section 26055(h) of the Business and Professional Code <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING ARTICLE 59 OF <br />THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE TO ALLOW COMMERCIAL CANNABIS ACTIVITIES IN THE <br />COMMERCIAL OFFICE (CO) ZONING DISTRICT <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING DIVISION 7 <br />(REGULATION OF CANNABIS BUSINESSES) OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF REDWOOD CITY <br />M/S/ Aguirre/Seybert to waive the first reading and introduce an Ordinance Amending Article 59 of <br />the Zoning Ordinance to Allow Delivery Centers and Indoor Nurseries in the CO Zoning District, and <br />find that the project is exempt from the requirements of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />under Section 26055(h) of the Business and Professional Code. <br />Motion carried by voice vote 6-0.1 with Vice Mayor Howard absent. <br />C(/ <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
