MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCiL MEETING <br /> <br /> August 12, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-233 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 13, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Parks & Recreation Dept. <br /> Finance Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT Motion to have the Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br /> Department accept the lowest responsible proposal to purchase <br /> the RecWare Safari class registration software and licensing <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 12, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Howard, Ira, Pierce, Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: Mayor Claire and Council Member Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard Motion to have the Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Department accept the lowest responsible proposal to purchase the <br />RecWare Safari class registration software and licensing (and included training) <br />from RecWare by Active.com for the amount of $19,247.00 (Active.com); <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
