MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> August 5, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-229 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 12, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> Police Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT Ordinance to Amend Redwood City Code Sections 20.44, 20.45, <br /> and 20.45.1, to update the legal speed limit on various <br /> designated streets <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 5, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Jordan, Howard, Ira, Pierce, Hartnett, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Pierce/Ruskin Introduce an Ordinance Amending sections 20.44, 20.45 and <br />20.45.1 of chapter 20, article iv of the Municipal Code of the City of Redwood City to <br />update the legal speed limit on various designated streets (first reading and introduction <br />on July 15, 2002); <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote by all those present, with Mayor <br />Claire to abstain on the item. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
