MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />Auaust 27. 2018 <br />MO. 18-153 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: August 28, 2018 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Joint Resolution with Port of Redwood City Regarding a Contribution by <br />the City of Redwood City to the Port of Redwood City to Fund <br />Infrastructure Improvements at the Redwood City Municipal Marina and <br />Authorization of Increased Funding for Relocation Services <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.3C (508) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on August 27, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Seybert, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve the Consent Calendar excluding items 6.1.G and 6.1.1. <br />1. Adopt a Joint Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City and the Board of <br />Port Commissioners of the Port of Redwood City for a Contribution by the City of Redwood <br />City to the Port of Redwood City to Fund Infrastructure Improvements at the Redwood City <br />Municipal Marina, and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15303; and <br />2. By motion, to authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with <br />Overland, Pacific and Cutler (OPC) in the amount of $25,000 for a total contract amount of <br />$421,156, and authorize the City Manager to execute future amendments to the agreement <br />with OPC, as needed, to facilitate completion of the provision of relocation services to <br />Docktown Marina tenants. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
