Adopt a Joint Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City and the Board of <br />Port Commissioners of the Port of Redwood City for a Contribution by the City of Redwood <br />City to the Port of Redwood City to Fund Infrastructure Improvements at the Redwood City <br />Municipal Marina, and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15303; and <br />2. By motion, to authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with <br />Overland, Pacific and Cutler (OPC) in the amount of $25,000 for a total contract amount of <br />$421,156, and authorize the City Manager to execute future amendments to the agreement <br />with OPC, as needed, to facilitate completion of the provision of relocation services to <br />Docktown Marina tenants. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
