ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT <br />COMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELATIONSHIP ABUSE (CORA) <br />(CORA Safe House (Emergency Shelter) Portogram) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I day of Seip <br />20_, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and COMMUNITY OVERCOMING <br />RELATIONSHIP ABUSE, a California nonprofit organization ("Subrecipient"; collectively <br />the "Parties"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Subrecipient provides certain services through programs, including <br />the Project described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), and 'B" <br />("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Subrecipient has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br />the Project described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019 (the "Fiscal Year"); and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Subrecipient the sum of <br />Fifteen Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($15,000) (the "Subaward") for exclusive use by <br />Subrecipient during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, <br />2019, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br />2. USE OF FUNDS. Subrecipient will use the funds provided pursuant to <br />Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />3.
