Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is on-site and off-site improvements including new domestic and recycled water mains, storm drain connections, a sanitary sewer main, an 8' bike trail, and improved crosswalk to provide connectivity to the Bair Island Road bike trail, and the Bay Trail and associated work.
