<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />February 27. 2006 <br />MO. 06-37 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />February 28, 2006 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Police Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Police Activities League (PAL) Loan Guarantee and Proposed <br />Long Term Plan for Repayment by PAL <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7 A (706) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 27,2006. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust, <br />and Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS HartnettiBain to authorize the payment of the entire $1.5 million obligation, <br />to accept the recommended terms of payment of $750,000 payable at $250,000 <br />within the first two years and monthly amount of $2,100 thereafter. A Council <br />subcommittee to be established with Redwood City staff to meet and work with <br />the PAL board and their representatives and staff to discuss the overall <br />relationship and potentially a different structure than in the recommendation. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Q~/-- ~'... ~ <br />, <br /> <br />Patricia S.
