O R I G I N A L 08/12/02 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14461 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />ARBORICULTURAL INSPECTION SERVICES WITH RAY <br />MORNEAU, ARBORIST <br />WHEREAS, on August 18, 2001, the City of Redwood City executed a <br />Professional Services Agreement with Ray Morneau, of Mountain View, <br />California for arboricultural inspection services related to heritage trees on <br />private properties in the City of Redwood City (the 'Projects); and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties wish to extend the original Agreement for the <br />2002/2003 fiscal year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Amendment No. 1 to Extend and Amend <br />Agreement for Arboricultural Inspection Services," by and between the City and <br />Ray Morneau for the performance of the above - mentioned services is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said Amendment No. 1 for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1323 <br />073102 1 <br />
