<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />March 27, 2006 <br />MO. 06-58 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />March 28, 2006 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Planning Department <br />Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Consultant Agreements for the Downtown Precise Plan EIR - <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1E (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 27, 2006. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust, <br />and Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Bain <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Howard to 1) Rescind letter agreement dated February 17, 2006 with <br />Wagstaff and Associates for preliminary work on the Downtown Precise Plan <br />Environmental Impact Report ("EIR") not to exceed $60,000; 2) Approve an <br />agreement with Wagstaff and Associates for the complete scope of work to <br />prepare the Downtown Precise Plan EIR not to exceed $248,380; and, 3) <br />Approve an agreement with Nolte Associates, Inc. to prepare the Utility and <br />Services System Section of the Downtown Precise Plan EIR not to exceed <br />$124,452. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present. <br /> <br />W4-.~' <> ~. ~"'~ ') <br /> <br />Patricia S.
