Approve the contract documents and award a contract (Section 00520) for the <br />Kennedy Middle School Safe Routes to School Improvements to FBD Vanguard <br />Construction, Inc. of Livermore, CA for their responsive and responsible low base bid <br />of $1,184,600 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% above the original contract amount <br />2. Find that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15302 (Replacement or <br />Reconstruction) and 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Maintenance Agreement with Redwood City School District <br />4.
