11/05/2018 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15711 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AMENDING THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE POLICE SUPERVISORS <br />ASSOCIATION (PSA) <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Redwood City Police Supervisors Association (PSA) <br />have reached agreement on a Successor Memorandum of Understanding for September <br />1, 2018—August 31, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties agreed to amend the salary and wage plan by granting a <br />3% cost -of -living adjustment effective September 3, 2018 and a 3% cost -of -living <br />adjustment effective September 2, 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City's salary and wage plan for PSA employees will be amended as set <br />forth in Exhibit A-1 and A-2. <br />2.
